Other façade detailing includes a massive 25-metre cantilevered entrance canopy and private cantilevered swimming pools protruding from the sides of the building.

The Sculptura Ardmore with its unique façade is truly one of a kind.
We worked closely with the design team to realise the full architectural vision of Sculptura Ardmore. One of the most distinctive features of its façade is the central core of the building. Here, the curving façade, which houses large open-plan luxury apartments, is composed entirely of glass. An additional series of large motorized glass fin screens form a second “skin” around the building, effectively enhancing the graceful curve of the façade. Applied to the higher floors of the development, the glass fin feature does well to amplify and lend visual texture to its linear surface.
